The hotel boasts beautiful rooms complete with a terrace, and a stunning outdoor swimming pool perfect for relaxation. The staff, particularly Lucia, were attentive and responsive, ensuring our needs were met without feeling intrusive. Dining was a highlight; the restaurant offers a menu with special diet options that cater to varying tastes. the in-room breakfast service let us savour the mornings at our own pace. While the price may seem on the higher side, the unique experiences, including complimentary welcome drinks and access to the spa, add significant value. Their tours/ticket assistance provides excellent options for exploring Tulum. In a place where every guest's experience seems tailored, the Milam Hotel proves to be a wise investment for those seeking a blend of luxury and value.
